The disclosure of hedge contract information system provides interested parties with a mechanism for viewing and comparing hedge contract details. The system has been introduced to allow interested parties to produce historic contract curves, allowing parties to better assess the competitiveness of the hedge contract market. Parties in the process of entering into a hedge contract can view details of historic contracts which may assist them when negotiating their own hedge contracts.
Information about the system can be found in the information sheet. If you require any further information relating to the system, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The Hedge Disclosure rules are contained in Part G, Section VI of the Electricity Governance Rules.
